3. How We Use Personal Data
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

4. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies (“Cookies”) to collect and store information when you interact with the Site. Cookies enable core functionality such as user authentication, shopping cart management, and preference retention; they also allow us to analyze site traffic and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Most browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline Cookies or alert you when a Cookie is being placed. If you choose to disable Cookies, certain features of the Site may not function as intended.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
(a) Service Providers
We disclose personal data to trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer relationship management, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to use personal data only as necessary to provide their services to us and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
(b) Stripe
All online payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe, and we do not store your full credit card number or security code. Stripe’s use of your personal data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy. We receive from Stripe confirmation of payment, limited card metadata (e.g., card type, last four digits, expiration date), and information related to fraud analysis.
(c) Business Transfers
If we engage in, or are subject to, a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or bankruptcy, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction in accordance with applicable law.
(d) Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights
We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or court order; (ii) protect and defend our rights or property; (iii) prevent or investigate wrongdoing in connection with the Services; (iv) protect the personal safety of users or the public; or (v) protect against legal liability.
(e) With Your Consent
We may share your personal data for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or pursuant to your consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements; resolve disputes; enforce our agreements; or comply with applicable laws. If you request deletion of your account, we will endeavor to delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except to the extent we are required to retain specific data for legal or regulatory reasons or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Your Rights and Choices
(a) Access, Correction, and Deletion
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you. You may also request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions provided by law. To exercise these rights, please contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
(b) Marketing Communications
You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each message or by contacting us directly. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you non-promotional messages relating to your account or transactions.
(c) Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for interpreting DNT signals, we currently do not respond to them. We will continue to monitor developments and update our practices if a standard emerges.
(d) California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal data, including the right to request certain information about our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us as described below.
8. Security Measures
We implement and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, role-based access controls, firewalls, secure coding practices, regular security assessments, and staff training. While we strive to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, persons under the age of eighteen (18). If we become aware that a person under eighteen (18) has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information as required by applicable law.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on the Site and revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
